This week Scott Christensen continues our Summer Blockbuster sermon series by concluding a three part sermon on how to love God. This last part of Matthew 22:37 is having a proper concept of who Christ was, is, and is to come. Starting in Luke 4:14-30 we look at the life of Christ and how we often find ourselves placing faith and following in men but Jesus addressed this concept by saying to follow him, he is greater than any man. Moving into 2 Corinthians 5:15-25 we look at what Christ has done and who we are in Christ. Scott leaves with a challenge following 1 Thess. 4:16-18 that the essence of Christ has to be more than just a Sunday morning venue. You can also download the additional resource written by Dan Spader to further explore the concept of who Christ was, is, and is to come.
