Jake McVay continues our sermon series from the book of Acts with a message entitled They Devoted Themselves. Jake teaches from Galatians 5:22-25 and Acts 2:42-47 posing the question of where our true devotion lies? How often do you lose focus on the true calling and mission because you have stopped the pursuit of Jesus as your foremost action? If we are not intentional in our pursuit of Christ first everything else is for not. As a church we should not be satisfied and content with our accomplishments because our work is not finished. Jake leaves us with the challenge that community takes sacrifice and a willingness to put yourself and your needs aside to help others.
