Contribute to Renovo

There are currently a number of different ways that anyone can contribute directly to Renovo. Our hope is to introduce the vision of renewing lost souls, reviving relationships, and repeating God's mission to as many people as possible and some of the ways you can support us in that are listed below.

Prayer partner
People or organizations who commit to praying for Renovo. These people should commit to praying daily, weekly, or monthly for the church. Most church planters underestimate the spiritual warfare they will face. Prayer partners are invaluable in supporting the church and we are currently in the process of organizing a prayer ministry. We can never have enough prayer and that is why this is first and most important on the list of ways we can request that you contribute to Renovo.

Partnering Member
When someone completes the Renovo membership process they become a partnering member of the church. Our goal is that everyone who joins us for a period of time would complete the partnership process, signifying that you desire to join us in the mission of renewing lost souls, reviving relationships, and repeating God's mission. We also hope that in completion of the partnership process you will join us in the School of Theology as we learn what it means to become the disciples Jesus has called us to be.

Financial partner
Giving cheerfully and willingly of our finances to support the mission of God is an act of worship. God has called us to labor not for wealth and status but for the ability to steward God's resources well and model Jesus to our community. We beleive in a generosity theology where God has called us to be generous to those in need and when we are faithful as a church and individuals to that calling God is glorified. God is honored by the widow's mite as well as the rich mans donation as long as they are given in the spirit of reaching lost people. (2 Corinthians 9:7) There is no obligatory amount or percentage which a person should give but we ask all of our partners to give sacrificially for the sake of the gospel, much in the same way Jesus sacrificed for us and all we have is His.

Resource partner
People or organizations who agree to provide various resources (people, equipment, etc) to the church plant. These may be businesses, churches or individuals. Often businesses are waiting for a charity to which they can make a donation. Don’t hesitate to ask the owner of the local print shop at your current church to donate printing of brochures, direct mail cards, etc. God has provided those resources to His stewards to use for reaching the lost.

Mother organization
These organizations are deeply committed to the church plant. They are significantly financially invested as well as provide significant leadership and support over the long haul. Examples include a mother church or a church planting organization such as Kairos Stadia, New Church Strategies or Orchard Group. These organizations aren’t simply financial partners who send a one time or monthly check, but are involved over the long haul and provide other leadership to the new church plant.

Creative Donation Partners
A ministry or organization adopting the new church as a mission to provide some a creative donation. For example, a Children's ministry may ask kids to bring supplies (crayons, paper, etc) each week to support the new church. Other examples are a camp which is taking donations or a local family or business providing housing for the Church Planter until they move on.
