Renovo's School of Theology is designed to be a discipleship development program for those who are partners with Renovo Church. Much like a college, the courses are layed out in four levels; 101, 201, 301, and 401. Each of the classes last between 10 and 16 weeks, depending upon the content and number of participants in the class.

Our 101 level Alpha Course is designed to be an introduction to Christianity and what it means to be a beliver. Fundamental understandings of who Jesus was, is, and is to come are covered along with providing an overview of many other core areas of Christianity, like the relationship between the trinity of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Our 201 level courses dig into the bible as we begin to explore God's design and our purpose. Genesis and Exodus focus on creation and God's plan for his people while the Harmony of the Gospels familiarize people with the Gospels and the story of Jesus' life and ministry. In our Spiritual H.A.B.I.T.S. course we teach the core values of discipleship and growing in your relationship with Christ. Our hope for people as they begin to take and complete the 201 level courses is that they will begin to teach Alpha Course to new people coming in to Renovo.

301 level courses move into an even deeper level of study and understanding of discipleship. Our courses explore the Acts of the Apostles, an Old Testament Survey, and our Spiritual S.H.A.P.E. As our partners complete the 301 level courses, our hope is that they will begin to teach the Alpha Course and the 201 level courses.

The 401 level courses are designed to be leadership training for deacons, pastors, and teachers within the church. Our intention is to focus on Leadership Training and AMC Shepherding. We would like to see everyone at Renovo get to a level of understanding and discipleship that Repeating God's Mission becomes second nature. That our lives or so woven within the threads of renewing lost souls, reviving relationships, and repeating God's mission that we are contagiously impacting the community around us for Christ.

One of our core focuses at Renovo is church planting and once people complete these courses and feel God calling them to become a church planter we assist in helping people through the church planting assessment process.
